Waterside Place residences are officially open for new residents. Mayor of Boston Marty Walsh and Massachusetts Port Authority officials joined yesterday's grand opening ceremony at 505 Congress Street in Boston's Seaport.
The new apartment building is 20 stories high with 236 units, 140 parking spaces and 7000 sq ft of innovation space. Apartments at Waterside are one, two and three bedroom units that feature open layouts, oversized windows with spectacular views of Harbor and the city.
Located in Innovation District, Waterside Place has rather uncommon amenities for its residents to enjoy. In addition to 24/7 on-site maintenance, concierge and a fitness center, Waterside offers The Suite. The Suite is a large common area that features different activity rooms. There is a Cafe room featuring complimentary fresh brewed coffee and Wi-Fi. Media room is great for screening movies or playing games. The Pub comes with a bar and a pool table. The Living room is for large group gatherings. Waterside Place also offers a Harbor Deck that comes with an outdoor kitchen.
