We had dealt with other brokers who tried to convince us that their apartments were exactly what we wanted, even though they missed many of our needs (and price range). However, David Weisberg from BLP listened to what we wanted and found apartments that fit those criteria-- he was able to show us a few apartments that met all of our specifications. We were also very late to our appointment, and David rearranged his entire day instead of inconveniencing us.
David and BLP have great relationships with many buildings in the area, and the building management went out of their way to help us because of David. He was very professional but also friendly, and even came back with us the 2nd day when we wanted to see another apartment in the same building.
