Currently under construction, Pierce Boston is a new residential development by Samuels&Associates (Van Ness and 1330 Boylston). According to project designs, building will be 30 stories high with 109 condo units and 240 rental apartments. Units will range from studios to spacious three bedrooms. Pierce will have a common rooftop with an outdoor pool and underground garage.

Expected completion date is Fall 2017.
